He is a Technology thought leader who has successfully led and delivered a whole spectrum of services to numerous clients across Business transformation, IT Strategy, Solutioning and Architecture, ERP implementations, Programme & Project Management, Change Management, Risk and Compliance, Security, Infrastructure and managed services.

Nidhi Arora is an acclaimed HR and Systems management professional and a social entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience. Nidhi has an MBA (PGDM) from IIM Calcutta, with publications in her area of expertise. 

Her areas of expertise include strategic IT Vendor selection, SLA contract management, Technology portfolio management, HRIS leadership, TCO Analyses, Program Management, Project Management and delivery. Within IT, her experience in the HCM Technology alone is over 14 years. She has worked on solutions across functional domains, industries and geographies. She has led several remote collaboration teams successfully.

Her work has been published by PMI India and also presented at the PMI National Conference, 2012.  She has served on the jury panels for professional bodies (PMI- 2013) and voluntary organizations (The Karmaveer Puraskaar, 2013). She was the Keynote speaker at the Agile Carnival held in Noida in and a guest speaker at IIM Calcutta(both in November 2014.) and a speaker at the Agile Confluence, 2015.
